Zvi Hecker

Zvi Hecker, born 1931 in Cracow, is an architect. He studied at Cracow University of Technology, however emigrated to Israel in 1950, where he completed his education at Technion in Haifa. Hecker became renown for his unusual design of buildings, often resembling diverse geometrical shapes. One of his most well-known works is the Ramot Polin apartment complex in east Jerusalem and the Heinz-Galinski School in Berlin. Hecker lives in Berlin.
