Thomas Fischer

Thomas Fischer, born in 1953, is a former presiding judge at the second Criminal Division of the Federal Supreme Court and is one of the most sought-after legal experts in Germany. He works as a lawyer, honorary professor and columnist. He lives in Berlin.
