Shihoko Goto

Shihoko Goto, born in 1971 in Tokyo, Japan, is Deputy Director for Geoeconomics and a staff member in the Northeast Asia Division of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington. She studied international political theory in Japan. She is currently researching geopolitics and international trade. She lives in Washington
