Sergej Lebedew

The writer Sergei Lebedev was born in Moscow in 1981. After doing a degree in geology, he worked initially as a journalist before devoting himself wholly to literature. His novels concentrate on the Russian past, particularly the Stalin era and its effects on modern-day Russia. He currently lives in Berlin.
