Olena Babakova

Olena Babakova, born in Kiev, is a journalist. From 2011-2016 she worked for Polish Foreign Radio. She works for the magazines Nowoje wrieMia, Aspen Review, Nowa Europa Wschodnia and KryTyka PoliTyczna. Babakova holds a PhD in History from the University of Białystok and is a lecturer at the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business. She lives in Warsaw.
