Alexander Finiarel

Alexander Finiarel, born 1994 in Lipetsk, western Russia, is a columnist, philosopher and political scientist. In the last Russian parliamentary elections, he worked as an analyst for a candidate. He helped found the political party, Случайные люди, or Random People, which has proposed a lottery system to elect officials. Finiarel lives in Moscow.
