Ahmet Tchilouta Rhoumour

Ahmet Tchilouta Rhoumour, born in 1990 in Tin Telloust near Agadez in Niger, focuses his research on the externalization of EU migration policy in Niger. He recently completed his doctorate in political geography at the Universities of Grenoble Alpes (France) and Abdou Moumouni in Niamey (Niger). Rhoumour lives in Grenoble and Agadez.
