Aditi Mukherji

Aditi Mukherji, born in Kolkata, India, in 1976, is a senior researcher at the International Water Management Institute in New Delhi. In 2006, she received her PhD in geography from the University of Cambridge, USA. Mukherji has written four books and numerous scientific publications on water management in South Asia. She was one of the lead authors of the fourth chapter in the IPCC's Climate Change Report, published in February 2022. Mukherji lives in Kolkata.
