Jennifer Gray

Jennifer Gray is meteorologist and works for cnn. Previously she reported for nbc in Miami. She now reports on hurricane season, wildfires and extreme weather. Gray studied natural sciences and journalism at the Mississippi State University and Northwestern State University in Louisiana. The American Meteorology Society awarded her the AMS Seal of Approval. Her 2017 report on the impact of climate change on Tangier Island prompted a presidential response by Donald Trump, who reportedly reached out to the affected community. As an ocean conservationist and angler she works to protect Florida’s fisheries. Gray lives in Atlanta.
