Germán Bustinza Chura

Germán Bustinza Chura was born in the Quiaca district in the province of Sandia, Peru. He studied natural sciences in Lima and Puna and teaches at a secondary school in the village of Sandia, where he was also a council member twice. From 1989 to 1999 he was the general secretary of the association of rural workers. Today Bustinza Chura works as a journalist and runs a radio station.
