Emmanuel Abeku Essel

Emmanuel Abeku Essel was born in 1975 in Ghana's capital Accra and is currently is currently doing his doctorate at the National University for the Civil Service in Budapest. Previously he studied Education Management and religious studies at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. His research focuses on the traditional forms of rule in Africa.
