Claudia Piñeiro

Claudia Piñeiro, born 1960 in Buenos Aires, is a writer. She has written novels, plays and books for children and young people and has directed television. Many of her novels have been translated into English, including "Betty Boo" published by the Bitter Lemon Press in 2016. She has been awarded the  Premio Clarín in 2005; in 2010 she was awarded the LiBeraturpreis. Piñeiro lives in Buenos Aires..
