Assaf Gavron

The writer Assaf Gavron was born in 1969 in the Israeli town of Arad. He spent his younger years in Jerusalem and later studied medical science in Vancouver and London. He has published six novels and one short story collection, and has translated the work of Jonathan Safran Foer and J. D. Salinger into Hebrew. He is also the singer and songwriter in the band “The Mouth and Foot”.
