Karen Attiah

Karen Attiah, born 1986 in Dallas, Texas, is a columnist for the Washington Post. She has received several awards for her work in investigating the murder of columnist Jamal Khashoggi, including the 2019 Journalist of the Year Award from the National Association of Black Journalists. She is the author of “Say Your Word, Then Leave” (HarperCollins, New York, 2022) Attiah lives in Dallas, Texas.
