Lotte Leicht is the EU Director of Human Rights Watch and has been Director of the Brussels Office since 1994. She is a trained lawyer with  expertise in the field of international human rights and international humanitarian law. She regularly testifies before international organisations. Leicht has investigated human rights violations and violations of international law in numerous conflict areas.
