Will Trump win the elections a second time?

More important than who wins the elections are the implications for the parties. The Republicans are completely crippled by Trumpism. I'm not sure that they're not secretly on the verge of a split. It's also unclear how the Democrats are going to shape up. The United States is in a period of political imbalance, largely influenced by technological change: Twitter and Facebook reward extremist positions. At stake are the much larger principles of democratic government.
