Fruit trees instead of desert

Guilt (Issue II/2019)

100,000 fruit trees are to be planted around the Mongolian capital Ulan Bator. The South Korean authority for international cooperation, the Kook-min Bank and the NGO Green Asia want to counteract desertification and the devastation of rural areas. Increasingly sandstorms sweep across the barren landscape from Mongolia to Korea. The reforestation project is to last five years.
